A group exhibition of Texture-Paintings entitled “ Hamdookhteha” will open on 29 May in Pardis Mellat Gallery in Tehran.

In the exhibition the works of twelve artists are to be displayed: Aneh Mohammad Tatari, Vahideh Akbarian, Nargess Jadid, Laleh Hosseini Nasab, Monir Sehat, Maryam Ashoori, Neda Ghayoori, Fereshteh Mohseni, Tajsar Jafari, Negin Naserani, Sadaf Nadimi and Elham Hashemi .

Sulmaz Naraghi, art critic writes: The viewer is confronted with mainly ethnical works which are the reflection of a global achievement in the contemporary art. The achievement  that is the fruit of Women`s efforts to expand the definitions and the boundaries of the aesthetic.

The exhibition is held until 20 May in Pardis Mellat Gallery.
